MichiganLawsuit.com Obtains A $145,000.00 Settlement In Michigan No-Fault Benefits Case

On April 2, 2020 MichiganLawsuit.com obtained a $145,000.00 settlement in a Wayne County Circuit Court case for Michigan No-Fault benefits. The case arose from a January 2018 motor vehicle accident in which a retired nurse sustained severe injuries to her shoulders and back requiring substantial medical treatment. The No-Fault insurer voluntarily paid benefits for nearly a year before having the plaintiff appear for a medical examination. The insurance medical examiner opined that the plaintiff no longer needed No-Fault benefits, and the insurer therefore stopped paying. MichiganLawsuit.com, P.C. filed suit in Wayne County Circuit Court and obtained the favorable $145,000.00 settlement.
