Takata airbag recalls continue.

The MichiganLawsuit.com law office filed a Michigan lawsuit alleging legal malpractice by a Southfield attorney in Oakland County Circuit Court this month. The lawsuit complaint alleges that the attorney mishandled a Michigan No-Fault claim for the client by failing to file the lawsuit within one year of the accident, thereby causing the client to lose money that could have otherwise been recoverable. MichiganLawsuit.com is seeking to recover the lost money, in addition to attorney fees, from the offending attorney.

MichiganLawsuit.com P.C. obtained a $12,500.00 settlement in February of 2018 for a Saginaw-area woman who was rear-ended in a motor vehicle accident. The woman suffered no new injuries in the accident, but suffered an aggravation of some pre-existing age-related issues that temporarily worsened her pre-existing pain.
